Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the gift card purchasing process and assist with any challenges they may encounter.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to gift cards via (email & chat).
- Assist customers in resolving issues, including balance inquiries, & card activation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Stay informed about gift card policies, promotions, and product updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Â Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries via chat.
Salary:
$100 monthly salary + $20 data stipend
